When is the 2026 USA/Canada Lions Leadership Forum?
The 50th Annual USA/Canada Lions Leadership Forum will be held Thursday, September 3 through Saturday, September 5, 2026, in Memphis, Tennessee.
The first Forum activities begin Thursday morning and the Forum concludes following the Saturday evening Closing Banquet. Plan your travel and hotel stay accordingly.
Where will Forum activities be held?
Forum seminars, meal functions and principal activities will take place in downtown Memphis, with the primary Forum program centered at the Convention Center.
Designated official Forum hotels are located throughout the downtown area, with transportation available between designated hotels and the Convention Center.
Who should attend the Forum?
The Forum is designed for Lions and Leos at every stage of their service journey—from new members and emerging leaders to experienced club, district and multiple district leaders.
You do not need to currently hold a Lions leadership position to benefit from attending.
Can Leos attend?
Yes. Leo registration is available for the 2026 Forum. The current Leo rate is $165 through August 15, 2026, and $190 after August 15.
How much is registration?
The current adult registration fee is $400 per attendee. Leo registration is $165 through August 15 and $190 after August 15.
What does my registration fee cover?
Full registration covers Forum seminars and four designated meals:
- Thursday Evening Banquet
- Friday Noon Lunch
- Saturday Noon Lunch
- Saturday Evening Banquet
Can I purchase individual meal tickets instead of registering?
No. All attendees participating in Forum seminars or meal functions must pay the full Forum registration fee. Individual meal-function tickets are not available.
Can I register online?
Yes. Online registration is available through the official Forum registration system.
Can I register using a paper form?
Yes. A printable registration form is available if you prefer to register by mail.
Is my hotel included in the registration fee?
No. Hotel accommodations are separate from the Forum registration fee.
Does the Forum have official hotels?
Yes. The Forum has arranged rooms at several official hotels in downtown Memphis at designated Forum rates.
How do I reserve my hotel room?
Forum hotel reservations are handled through the Forum. The official registration form instructs attendees not to reserve directly with the hotel.
A $200 U.S. hotel deposit is required before a room reservation can be finalized. Hotel requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
What are the official Forum hotels?
Official Forum hotels are located throughout downtown Memphis. Hotel rates, amenities and distances vary by property.
Is transportation available between Forum hotels and the Convention Center?
Yes. Transportation to and from the Convention Center will be available from designated Forum hotels.
Is airport transportation included?
Forum-provided transportation described in the registration materials applies to transportation between designated Forum hotels and the Convention Center.
Attendees should make their own airport transportation arrangements unless additional Forum transportation information is specifically announced.
Can I request a special meal?
Yes. Attendees may identify dietary requirements when registering, including diabetic, vegetarian, Hindu vegetarian, allergy-related or other special meal needs.
The Forum will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, although not every special meal request can be guaranteed.
Can I request accessibility accommodations?
Yes. Attendees may identify hearing, visual, physical, mobility or other accessibility needs during registration.
Please provide as much detail as possible regarding the accommodation needed so the Forum team can appropriately plan for your participation.
2026 Cancellation & Refund Policy
The 2026 refund deadline has passed.
Cancellation requests for registration and/or hotel reservations must be submitted in writing to the Forum Registrar. Under the official 2026 cancellation policy, no refunds are issued after August 1, 2026. Questions regarding an existing registration should be directed to the Forum Registrar.
