Scooter & Wheelchair Rentals

Mobility equipment is available through independent rental companies serving the Memphis area. Attendees who need a scooter or wheelchair during the Forum should arrange their rental directly with a vendor before traveling to Memphis.

Rental Arrangements Must Be Made in Advance

Please arrange and pay for your scooter or wheelchair rental BEFORE arriving at the Forum. The Forum Planning Committee, Host Committee, hotels and convention center will not have rental scooters stored onsite for attendees to rent upon arrival.

Contact one of the mobility rental companies listed below and complete your individual rental agreement in advance.

Tell the vendor whether you would like your equipment delivered to your hotel or to the Renasant Convention Center.

Confirm Delivery & Pickup

Provide the vendor with the date and time you need the equipment delivered and when it should be picked up.

Scooter Storage at the Convention Center

If you need to leave your scooter at the Renasant Convention Center during Forum activities, notify the Host Committee team in Room 102A&B. A designated storage area will be provided; however, the USA/Canada Lions Leadership Forum is not responsible for scooters or mobility equipment while they are being stored.

Arranging your rental in advance will help ensure that your scooter or wheelchair is ready and waiting when you arrive in Memphis for the 50th USA/Canada Lions Leadership Forum.

We are looking forward to a great weekend of learning, service, and fellowship as we gather in Memphis in September for the 50th USA/Canada Lions Leadership Forum.

The Planning and Host Committees contacted several companies that provide electric scooter and wheelchair rentals for Forum attendees. If you require a scooter or wheelchair during the Forum, please coordinate directly with one of the vendors listed below to arrange your rental. Please arrange for/pay for your scooter rental IN ADVANCE OF THE FORUM. This should ensure your scooter is ready and waiting for you when you arrive in Memphis. The Forum Planning Committee/Host Committee/Hotels/Convention Center will not have scooters “sitting in storage” waiting for you to rent once you arrive: it is mandatory that you complete your individual rental contract BEFORE you arrive.

When making your reservation, please be sure to specify:

  • Where you would like the scooter delivered (hotel or convention center)
  • The date and time of delivery and pickup

If you need to leave your scooter at the convention center during Forum activities, please notify the Host Committee team in the Renasant Convention Center Room 102A&B. We will provide a designated storage area; however, the Forum will NOT be responsible for scooters while they are being stored.
