SCOOTER RENTAL INFORMATION

Fellow Lions,

We are looking forward to a great weekend of learning, service, and fellowship as we gather in Memphis in September for the 50th USA/Canada Lions Leadership Forum.

The Planning and Host Committees contacted several companies that provide electric scooter and wheelchair rentals for Forum attendees. If you require a scooter or wheelchair during the Forum, please coordinate directly with one of the vendors listed below to arrange your rental. Please arrange for/pay for your scooter rental IN ADVANCE OF THE FORUM. This should ensure your scooter is ready and waiting for you when you arrive in Memphis. The Forum Planning Committee/Host Committee/Hotels/Convention Center will not have scooters “sitting in storage” waiting for you to rent once you arrive: it is mandatory that you complete your individual rental contract BEFORE you arrive.

When making your reservation, please be sure to specify:

• Where you would like the scooter delivered (hotel or convention center)
• The date and time of delivery and picku

If you need to leave your scooter at the convention center during Forum activities, please notify the Host Committee team in the Renasant Convention Center Room 102A&B . We will provide a designated storage area; however, the Forum will NOT be responsible for scooters while they are being stored.
