Shuttle arrangements have been made with RedArrow/Ebus.

On Wednesday, September 14, Shuttles from the Airport will depart outside Door 2, Bay 11 at the following times:

1:00 P.M.

3:00 P.M.

5:00 P.M.

7:00 P.M.

Prices are $30 one way/$50 round trip (on Sunday, September 18)

For those who prefer, taxis are $40/one way and do not need advanced notice.

The contract for the transportation from the Forum Hotels to and from the BMO includes two routes:

#1 for the Westin and Sheraton, where we have 420 rooms reserved, and

#2 that includes the Marriott, Delta, Hilton Garden Inn, and the Homewood Suites, with 624 Reserved Rooms.

One bus will begin on Thursday morning, at 6:30 for Route 1, to shuttle those working in the store, as well as the education committee and anyone else who would like to be at the BMO early.

Buses will depart every 15 minutes for both routes during the morning hours throughout the Forum. In the afternoon, buses will run every half hour, except following the final session and evening meals, when they will leave the BMO every 15 minutes. However, there will be no buses running during mealtimes. (See schedule below.)
